After-Hours Care

At One Pediatrics, we believe in providing comprehensive care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.  Office hours are:

Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM

Saturday 9AM to 11:30AM

Sunday and major holidays by appointment

(Dixie office only)

Outside of office hours, if you need medical advice, you can call our regular office number.  You will be directed to our after hours answering service, where qualified professionals will use nationally standardized algorithms to answer your questions.  If you or they feel it is necessary to consult the on-call provider, the provider will be paged, and return your phone call in a timely fashion.

If you have less urgent needs, you can send a message to our office through the patient portal.  This includes prescription refill requests, appointment scheduling, and access to your child's medical chart.
